Ellen Terrell brings nearly 20 years of successful recruiting and sales experience and is recognized for her ability to fulfill client needs that align with critical requirements and company culture. Her success comes from taking the time and interest to know her clients and their businesses and then going the extra mile to find just the right people to present to them. She is known as an exceptional listener who is good at asking the right questions to understand what someone “really” wants.
As a Dallas native with nearly 20 years of recruiting and sales experience for companies ranging from small and medium to Fortune 500 in North Texas and surrounding states, Ellen has in-depth knowledge of the business climate and talent pool in the area. Ellen’s successful recruiting and sales background and business savvy complements her knowledge of networking technology for finding and recruiting prospective candidates. Clients appreciate Ellen’s unmistakable focus on what is important to them and to the task at hand. Her energy, enthusiasm, and integrity make her a sought-after business partner.
Most recently, Ellen served as a Sales Executive for large enterprise accounts with Microsoft where she turned around a territory that had been underperforming for several years and achieved 140% of quota in less than 2 years. Previously she was Director of Business Development at PricewaterhouseCoopers after a successful technical recruiting career where she ranked near the top for successful placements in the agency for 3 consecutive years. Ellen also launched the Dallas office of Careerbuilder as an early employee of the company.
Ellen holds a BA from Vanderbilt University and is fluent in Spanish. She served on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Zoo and was Board Membership Co-Chair for The Dallas 40, a professional organization for civic leaders in Dallas.
