Get ready to talk about 3 success stories from past jobs in the interview. There will be a time to deliver them, when you are asked about your accomplishments, or if not asked, you can bring these successes into the conversation.
Success stories need to be succinct. Remember, after about one minute most people stop listening. If they are like me, they are thinking about their next meal.
Try this format:
- This is the problem I identified,
- this is the solution I put in place,
- these are the results I got.
Get at least three of these stories ready. SHORT. Practice them and be ready on a moment’s notice to talk to these successes
At the end of the interview you will shine. This is called conscious competent without being braggadocios.
